Happy Friday

I have not posted this wonderful gift I received from Ranae for my birthday in September. I just love it!

I had a wonderful time in Indiana at the Inspired Needle Retreat. It was nice to visit and catch up with people I have not seen since last year. Met a lot of new people and got a lot of stitching done. Always a pleasure going and thanks to Cathy and staff who did a marvelous job putting it all together.

I did the small exchange at the retreat this is what I stitched. The one on the right is the one I stitched from Celebrations in St. Charles, it was one of the round robin projects. Pattern done by Karen Kluba, Rosewood Manor

This is what I received in the exchange.

Pictured below is a Tree of Life Samplings pattern Emma Rose Friendship. I personalized mine to remember my grandma. I used vintage buttercream, lakeside linen and the called for NPI silks. It was so much fun to stitch. I have to find a frame now.

Ranae and I pick a project to do together before the retreat and start it there. This last year was Rosewood Manor Old Glory. Stayed tuned for a post when i get back from framer.

This is our picked for this year, Jardin Prive Carrie d' Abeilles. It is coming along very nicely.

Well stay tuned. Take Care and Happy Stitching.
