Part two of what I have been up to: Arizona for A StitchingGathering - Moss Creek Design by Rae Iverson

What have I been upto well let me tell you. I was able to go to Arizona to go a stitching gathering with a fabulous stitcher Julie Harvey.  We arrive on Thursday and went to The Attic, here are my treasures I found.

We were sent a small portion to pre stitch before arriving with a sneak preview of the project. We created the hedgehog in class. The big reveal is below.

The is what the project is...(sorry could not get photo to turn)

Then every couple hours we received a surprise to go with our gaming purse. See below, the game board was made by Rae's husband Ron. He did a fabulous job creating a master piece.

Rae always goes a great job with instructions for the project so stay tuned for update on my progress. Alot of new stitches and things I have never done such as Sardinian knot work and drawn thread.

Well I better get back to stitching. Take Care. Happy Stitching.

Rainy Day here in Wisconsin. A few finishes!

I have a few framed pieces and a finish to display for you.

First is the The Stitching Parlor, "Santa Biscornu." The Gentle Art Simply Wool and 18 count natural linen. This was my first biscornu.

Next is Tree of Life Samplings "Emma Rose Friendship." 36 count Lakeside Buttercream and NPI's. I did personalize the piece I put my great grandmothers name in it along with the year she passed (number on the house). I finished the piece in October 2013 but just got back from being framed.

Finally is All Through the Night "Smitten" on 35 count WDW Onyx and called for fibers.

Well I better get to stitching because I have a lot to finished as I got 11 projects started and not enough time to stitch. Take Care.
